Rain pours as the dark clouds come closer to the heart of South Korea, Seoul. People rushing here and there. Colourful umbrellas filling the sidewalks. I could see the whole scenery from my apartment. And one thing that's out of the box, is that person standing by the tree getting all wet and not moving to get some shelter. One word, Odd.
